Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Shipping on carvings: $20 priority domestic shipping. Insured. 

Orders over $1000 are offered free shipping. 

International Orders

Rates and restrictions apply. Some countries prohibit shipping of gem materials and/or precious metals. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. Please contact artisanjade@gmail.com before purchasing any item intended to be shipped internationally. 

Order Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days, unless noted otherwise. The customer will be contacted via email if there are any delays. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there are any errors. All sales are final.
